National Centre for Animal Health of The Royal Government of Bhutan Hacked, Site Administrators & Government Officials Compromised by Data Breach

Late last week a hacker going by the name of ” H 17 Shadow” announced a hack and leak of the the National Center for Animal Health (NCAH) of the Department of Livestock under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forests of the Royal Government of Bhutan. The leak itself is rather simple, containing the log information and passwords of 38 website users/administrators – some of which registered through their official Government accounts. Not much is known about the hacker or how they compromised the website, and it does not appear as though they have any social media accounts.

Being completely honesty with you, this is also the first time I’ve ever even heard of the country of Bhutan, which is why I am highlighting the leak here today.

Target: hxxp://ncah.gov.bt
