9 tips to reduce calories and gain weight

You don’t always have to be on a strict diet to cut down on calories and lose weight. A few everyday tips can help you. Here are 9 ways you can reduce your calorie intake and weight gain.

1) Breathe Essential Oils to Reduce Sugar Cravings:

Breathe in the aromas of cinnamon, rose or vanilla essential oils several times a day. The smell of these essential oils stimulates the production of serotonin and limits cravings for sweets, making it easier to resist the temptation of sweets and candies.

2) Before eating, drink a glass or two of still water (cold is best): appetite will be reduced immediately.
